Ray Weiser, Scott County GIS Coordinator: I’ve been with Scott County in the capacity of GIS Coordinator since November, 2005. I’m a Quad City native, with a background in planning, government and private consulting. Scott County uses software from ESRI, Inc. and has adopted an enterprise GIS deployment strategy. We’re currently developing our GIS data and capabilities so there is a great deal of activity and anticipation as pieces of the system are completed and implemented.
